Shipping Policy
We take great care in ensuring your products arrive promptly and safely. Please take a moment to read our shipping terms below.
Shipping Within New Zealand Only.
We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand using a tracked courier service.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
During peak periods (such as seasonal sales or promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or requires special preparation, this may affect processing time. In such cases, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on your location within New Zealand. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Tracking & Delivery:
All orders are shipped with tracking for peace of mind. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure your shipping address is a physical location where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
No PO Boxes.
Unfortunately due to our use of tracked courier services, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
Returns
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
We do not offer refunds on purchases, only exchange or store credit.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our spa products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may return it within 7days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at spa@amandajane.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Proof of purchase is required
